Dell mini i3 runs is based on Chinese designed – Open Mobile System (Chinese modification of Android), which is based on Android with TD-SCDMA phones (TD-SCDMA is China’s own 3G brew). The Mini 3i isn’t at all that cutting edge as it is not 3G capable, just 2G GSM and no Wi-Fi or WAPI – Chinese equivalent of Wi-Fi. Bluetooth is the only local wireless connectivity with a 3.2 megapixel camera having LED flashlight. The screen of the Dell Mini 3i is 3.5″ touchscreen with 360 x 640 pixels resolution, first for Android.
Its ambient light sensor adjusts the backlight automatically. Its basic feature includes a microSD card slot for storage. A mini USB port handles PC connectivity .Dell Mini’s screen is not that good though, so the built-in GPS is quite a pleasant surprise, and one of the Mini 3i’s saving graces.
The Dell Mini supports the e-shop mobile market with a catalogue of games, applications, wallpapers and ringtones.it is for now available in just two colours red and bronze. It features mostly will be based on the region.

The battery life of Dell Mini is 950mAh which is quite good as it doesn’t have 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity. It also lacks any kind of fast connection to internet browser which is a real downer.

Dell mini i3 is sleeker and slimmer with average specification and features. So it’s good buy for its fancy look with not much application and latest features installed.
