“Sense and simplicity” this is what Philips has built upon for years and they seems to carry away this tradition with their latest offering in Smartphone market with Philips V108. Rumors are catching up that this phone is solely for china and will be exclusively available to Chinese customer at first.

The Philips V108 is loaded with Google’s powerful mobile operating system Android. This is company’s second Google operating system base Smartphone. Philips V108 has all the features you expect in a smart phone like it comes with a 3.2 inch HVGA touch screen support. Philips V808 has weight 120 grams & 14 millimeters thick so it is very sleek and compact. Philips comes with a 3.15 megapixel camera with Autofocus. The company has loaded V108 with a Audio and video player so that you can enjoy the music any time anywhere you want. The battery back up of V108 is also great with 1000 mAh battery. So you can get rid of charging the mobile phone again and again. The internal memory of Philips V108 is 30MB much less then expected (It was thought 256MB). External memory is supported by Micro SD card which is expendable up to 8 GB. It also has Sync with USB or Bluetooth. Built-in GPS will provide the user the direction to move. The phone supports 3G through which you can do download or upload, chat, mail etc. This latest gadget from Philips will provide connectivity through GSM, EDGE and GPRS. The biggest feature it lacks is it doesn’t have FM Radio.
